QUALITY AND SAFETY
Our products and packaging comply with all national and EU regulations. In addition, we have established an integrated food quality and safety management system aligned with the Codex Alimentarius Commission guidelines for good kitchen practices and the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 standards, certified by an accredited certification body.
The safety and quality control system covers all steps from the receipt of incoming ingredients to the final inspection of meals and involves the implementation of specific control plans and guidelines for good kitchen and manufacturing practices. Our products and swab samples are tested monthly in an accredited laboratory.

READY-TO-EAT MEALS
FOR IMMEDIATE CONSUMPTION
Cooked and baked dishes, pastries, sandwiches, and salads that we prepare immediately before distribution, with a shelf life of up to 4 hours:
- Specialized hospital meals according to prescribed diets
- Specialized meals for school children
- Meals for employees
READY-TO-EAT MEALS WITH EXTENDED SHELF LIFE
Thermally processed dishes and salads that are cooled within 2 hours after preparation, packaged in original containers, and stored and distributed at temperatures below 4°C, with a shelf life of up to 5 days.
They are intended for retail chains.

- Balanced meals (Lenten, Vegan)
PASTEURIZED YAM-POTAMAN MEALS
WITH EXTENDED SHELF LIFE
Cooked and baked dishes and salads, packaged in their original containers immediately after preparation, then pasteurized at temperatures below 100°C to eliminate all harmful microorganisms that can grow at low temperatures. They are then rapidly cooled within 2 hours and stored and distributed below 4°C.
They are intended for retail chains equipped for storing and displaying food below 4°C, as well as for all customers and users who want a safe meal in which all pathogenic microorganisms that can grow below 5°C have been eliminated.
They have a shelf life of 42 to 90 days.
All cooked, stewed, and baked dishes are designed across three lines of ready-made meals:
- TRADITIONAL READY-TO-EAT DISH – classic, hearty dishes with meat (stew, sarma, stuffed bell peppers, etc.).
- LIGHT READY-TO-EAT DISH – light dishes for everyday consumption (gnocchi with chicken, chicken with mlinci pasta, vegetable rice with pork steak in sauce, etc.).

VEGAN READY-TO-EAT DISH – dishes made exclusively from plant-based ingredients (baked beans, stewed mushrooms with millet, vegetable rice, etc.).
