Job description:

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Keeps records of all completed tasks and materials used
• Supervises the work of subcontractors performing maintenance tasks
• Inspects the condition of facilities and equipment and proposes necessary interventions
• Ensures proper access to facilities during the winter period
• Implements established control measures, procedures, and best practices
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

• Secondary technical education and two years of work experience in maintenance tasks
